Savory chicken


4 whole chicken legs, 4 pomegranates, 15g ginger, 20g cinnamon, fresh dill, a glass of wine, honey, salt and pepper.


Debone the chicken and fill the gaps with some pomegranate grains, tie the legs. Boil for 30 minutes. Blend the rest of the pomegranate grains in the blender and filter the mix. Add spices, wine and boil until it thickens. Add some honey and salt to taste. Slice the chicken and serve with the sauce, garnish with pomegranate grains.
