A wonderful opportunity to taste the numerous cheeses perfected by a leading Veneto authority in the field: Antonio Carpenedo, who has been promoting and experimenting with new refinement techniques for over fifty years.
He invented the “Ubriaco” (“Drunk”) cheese and is currently promoting his new “Cupido” cheese, which is matured in pits on rocks from Conegliano.
